Company Introduction:
Our factory has a total 30, 000 square meters factory area and 250 employees. Most of our staff is skilled with office furniture and sofa. Our aim is to provide you comfortable multifunction and ergonomic chairsand sofa. We manufacture various of high back leather and fabric chairs, task chairs, guest chairs, recliners, dining chairs and sofa. The monthly output is over 200 containers.
We have been had fully preparation to service and take any challenge in any time. Professional training courses are hold for staff regular in order to ensure our quality. This concept is different from other factories that only care about the order but disregard employe training and product quality. BIFMA test machines are set up and being in use in the factory. We have not accredited to ISO quality control system yet, but we control product quality and run this factory according to the standard of ISO. We will apply for it in the future.
We believe that only do well for the above mentioned steps then we can provide best service and products to our customers. Also, it will protect both customers and our reputation. Our managers of GoldBerry are experienced in R&D and QC of furniture and office chair and sofa. They have been this field for more years and set up whole QC inspection system. They know how to manage every detail in the production line such as the component inspection, work-in-process inspection and final inspection. They also know very well the BIFMA standards.
We have a very strong and experienced R&D team and component sourcing team. Thus, we can provide samples efficiently under our skillful designers and well cooperation of various component suppliers. The staff of our production team is well skilled with all kinds of productions. All the starff have necessary training and special requirement for each order befor on production.
Our sales team are all experienced too. We are familiar with sales procedures such as correspondence with customers, providing right sample, dealing with order, shipping arrangement and after-sale survice. We know how to handle and support customer′s requirement and response efficiently.
